Michael Jacobson graduated from the University of Wisconsin -
River Falls, magna cum laude, in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration and Creative Writing. He then attended law
school at the University of Minnesota and graduated with honors in 1996. While in college, Mike worked for Attorney
Hammarback in a support staff position and was a law clerk at Hammarback Law Offices, S.C. during law school. He
has been practicing law with Barry Hammarback in River Falls, Wisconsin since 1996. Mike has handled
numerous civil matters to jury trial and has helped his clients recover millions of dollars in damages. His client's
verdicts include an award of over $1.5 million for a wrongful death action. In addition to personal injury cases,
Mike handles real estate litigation and Social Security Disability appeals.
