David Sienko is an attorney that focuses on agricultural law, stray voltage litigation, and complex civil litigation. A passionate and skilled legal and technical writer, negotiator, and litigator, David assists clients with:

David was raised in Spooner, Wisconsin and, for one summer, worked on a sheep farm. He graduated from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2006 and from William Mitchell College of Law in 2010. During law school, David worked at Farmer’s Legal Action Group (FLAG) in St. Paul, Minnesota.

David’s client communication, determination, persistence, and experience enables him to assist clients with a variety of legal issues. He especially enjoys complex litigation because he thrives on undertaking and solving difficult challenges.
